Hi, I’m Hannah Cotmore.

I hold a Master’s degree in Child Development, specialising in empathy and neurodivergence, with a particular interest in how neurodiverse individuals experience connection, relationships, and emotional understanding. My professional background includes managing a Surrey-based service supporting families affected by child-to-parent violence and abuse. This work deepened my commitment to creating therapeutic spaces that support both young people and the wider family system with compassion, safety, and understanding.

Alongside clinical practice, I have delivered training and psychoeducation for professionals and organisations on neurodiversity, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and healthy relationships. I currently facilitate training for professionals working with adolescents, providing them with the knowledge and tools to deliver a programme that encourage young people to engage openly and confidently in conversations around relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is grounded in the belief that people are more than diagnostic labels. I am passionate about helping individuals and families understand how neurodiversity, mental health, relationships, and life experiences intersect to shape identity and everyday life. Through curiosity, collaboration, and therapeutic support, I aim to help clients build greater self-understanding, connection, and resilience.
